Whether a project focuses on a single-family home, a multi-unit apartment building, or commercial office space, our primary mission is to (1) help our clients select the right property for their investment objectives, (2) effectively manage those properties, and (3) deliver a healthy ROI in a timely manner. In these financially volatile times, investing in tangible assets provides an important supplement or alternative to paper investments such as stocks and bonds. To meet the needs of our Investment Partners, we offer two distinctly different types of capital preservation investment vehicles that provide individual investors the specialized opportunity to participate in the financing of our properties
SECURE FIXED-INCOME INVESTMENTS
These are typically short-term investments of 3-12 months. Invested capital is a loan on a construction or rehab project; ROI is realized when the property is sold or refinanced. Partners in Fixed Income investments are secured by a Note tied directly to the mortgage, a publicly recorded legal instrument filed with the County Clerk.
LONG-TERM GROWTH INVESTMENTS WITH CONSISTENT DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTIONS
Partners in Interest Income investments receive quarterly dividend payments, payable to themselves or a designated legal entity of their choice. Investors have a direct ownership interest in the properties, providing long-term appreciation potential with tax-advantaged quarterly distributions.
